Yes when we deliver to you the food will most often arrive with your invoice, we also send out an electronic copy of the invoice the day after your order, if for any reason your invoice has not arrived then please send us an email to sales@sandscatering.co.uk and we can send you an electronic copy.
We start our breakfast deliveries from around 7.30am and our lunch distribution from around 10.00am. Each driver has a round to complete with anything from 10 to 14 deliveries and the rounds take around 2 hours. If you would prefer your order either towards the start or the end of the round please let us know and we will always do our best to accommodate you. For customers who need to receive food at a specific time we have the option of a trusted courier for a small additional charge.
We have a standard delivery charge for our orders to central London, this covers the postcodes W1, WC1, SE1, SW1. EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, N1, NW1, WC2, and W2) We will very happy to deliver outside these postcodes and can provide a quote for additional delivery charges if necessary.
It’s a good idea to order your food to arrive a little earlier than you need it, all our food is made fresh on the day of delivery and is distributed in refrigerated vans to keep it as fresh as possible. When your delivery arrives all, you need to do is keep it in a cool area and away from direct sunlight and your food will be perfect for up to 4 hours in ambient conditions.
All our vans are tracked and our drivers have hands free phones so if you need an update please give us a call on 02076197788, we can call our drivers and get you an update.
The is a simple answer and a more complete answer to this question, quite simply its two pieces of bread with a filling which is then cut into four triangles, BUT….. many of our menus use different kinds of breads and from a portioning viewpoint, it can also be a whole baguette or speciality roll cut in half or quarters or even two smaller speciality rolls which added together to make one round.
